Did you see the dress Kate Middleton wore when she announced her engagement to Prince William?

Royal blue dress. Long sleeves. Wrap waist. I am in love. 

I need a dress like this. I am determined to find one. Too bad the one she's wearing is $600. A knock-off will have to do.
